- Supply and installation of Equitone cladding panels
On-Site Progress
Our scope of work includes both internal and external fit-outs. One of the key features being installed is ProctorPassive Wraptite SA, a high-performance self-adhered sarking membrane. This membrane improves overall building airtightness while remaining vapour permeable. It protects the structure from moisture while allowing trapped vapour to escape, promoting energy efficiency and better long-term durability.
In addition to the wrap installation, our team is also completing DC Tect framing throughout the build. This system allows for efficient, high-precision framing of interior walls and bulkheads, supporting streamlined installation and ensuring structural integrity across key zones.
We’re also working on the installation of wood wool acoustic ceiling tiles, known for their sound absorption qualities and textured finish, adding warmth and function to the interior spaces.
Externally, the project features the HTC Cladding System, providing robust and visually striking facade solutions. We’re also installing Equitone cladding panels, known for their natural fibre cement composition and modern architectural finish, delivering a clean and refined look to the building exterior.
