On-Site Progress & Scope Of Work
AUMW Master Plaster is currently on site at Glen Eira Secondary College, working alongside Devco Construction & Project Management to deliver a carefully coordinated upgrade to this important education facility.
Our scope of work includes both internal and external fit-outs. One of the key features being installed is ProctorPassive Wraptite SA, a high-performance self-adhered sarking membrane. This membrane improves overall building airtightness while remaining vapour permeable. It protects the structure from moisture while allowing trapped vapour to escape, promoting energy efficiency and better long-term durability.
In addition to the wrap installation, our team is also completing DC Tect framing throughout the build. This system allows for efficient, high-precision framing of interior walls and bulkheads, supporting streamlined installation and ensuring structural integrity across key zones.
What's Next
With external wrapping and framing well underway, the site is progressing toward internal lining and ceiling systems. As always, our work is performed to meet strict project timelines and quality standards, with safety and collaboration at the forefront.
